rott software package provides SDL-Port of Rise of the Triad, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install rott
rott is installed in your system.
Make ensure the rott package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep rott *
You will get with rott package name, version, architecture and description in a table
